Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) before using chatbot-demo-oyvg.onrender.com, piyushbujade.com, or chatbot.piyushbujade.com (the “Site”) or any chatbot demo hosted on these domains. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

This Site showcases AI chatbot products built by Piyush Bujade for local businesses. Any chatbot demo available on this Site is provided for illustrative and evaluative purposes only — it is a preview built to demonstrate capability, not a live production system for the business it references, and any appointment-booking or contact functionality within a demo should not be relied upon as a real, confirmed booking or communication channel with that business.

These Terms govern use of the Site and its demos only. If you engage Piyush Bujade to build and deploy a custom chatbot for your business, that paid engagement is governed by a separate service agreement provided at the time of purchase, which takes precedence over these Terms for any matter it addresses.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or any chatbot demo to: submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content; submit another person's real personal or sensitive information; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the underlying systems; or use the demo chatbot to generate content for any purpose other than evaluating the product.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the chatbot software, its design, and any associated branding — is the property of Piyush Bujade unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. Where a custom chatbot is purchased for a client's business, ownership of that specific, custom-built chatbot transfers to the client upon completed payment, as set out in the separate service agreement for that engagement — this Site-wide IP clause does not apply to a chatbot once ownership has transferred.

4. No warranty

This Site and any chatbot demo are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; demo content should not be relied upon as factual information about any specific business.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piyush Bujade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or any chatbot demo. Total liability arising from your use of this Site or any demo shall not exceed the total fees, if any, paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Third-party services

This Site and its chatbot demo rely on third-party infrastructure, including Anthropic's API, our hosting provider, and embedded font and video services. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these third-party services.

7. Refunds

Demo access is free, so no refund applies to it. Refund terms for a paid chatbot engagement, if any, are set out in the separate service agreement provided at the time of purchase.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause overrides or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may be entitled to under the law of the country in which you reside, including within the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, to the extent such rights cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
